Good for you or not so good for you?
It’s not very usable by the body. Only 18% of the protein in whey is used, the rest becomes waste. Whey protein is only 18% usable by the body and 82% of it is secreted as waste. Vegetable sources are even lower in usability being the highest as 16% and at times below 9% depending on the vegetable.
